Express Delivery
We can express deliver your purchases if you choose. If you place an order by 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday it can be delivered for Next Day Service. Please call us at (866) 439-1223 for a Next Day Freight Quote. You will receive an email to confirm your order and you will receive an email notification when the order is shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number upon email request.
Large Items
(Pool Tables, Large Games) are shipped via Common carrier
Yellow Freight or FedEx Freight
The carrier will call you to set up a delivery. The deliveries are curbside deliveries,( this means that you and your helpers are responsible to get the product off the back of the truck.)
The carrier will give you delivery date options or you can choose to pick it up yourself at the loading dock.
Damaged Freight Items
Please inspect your freight delivery carefully BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR IT.
If you find any visible damage DO NOT SIGN, refuse the delivery and call customer service. Once you have signed for the delivery you are the legal owner of the product and any damage or hidden damage to the product will have to be reported to the freight company and a freight claim filed by you.
